This book tells of our family's experiences of the more despairing times in life. This autumn, as Christmas approaches, we face the sad reality that for many it will not be a happy time. It arrives like a Tsunami, throws us around and leaves us exhausted to clear up the debris of broken relationships, debt, redundancy, ill health and a future of uncertainty. If not directly affected we all know someone who is struggling. If our story helps them to find the way through then our suffering will have purpose and we can truly celebrate 'Emmanuel' God with us.
