Sorry but we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

How long will my order take to get to me?
We endeavour to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt.
Depending on weight, we will either despatch your order with 1st Class Royal Mail post or with a courier service. Your order should be with you a few days following this. Once despatched we cannot control the length of time Royal Mail take to deliver your order.
You will receive free P&P when you order items worth £25.00 or over excluding any discounts and donations.

Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law.
At this time we are only able to accept payment in UK pounds sterling and deliver to addresses in the UK and Ireland.
Why can't I order if I live outside the UK and Ireland?
At this time we are only able to accept payment in UK pounds sterling and deliver to addresses in the UK and Ireland.
Do you deliver to a BFPO address?
Yes, BFPO addresses are fine. Please enter the address manually when prompted.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Unfortunately you cannot request a delivery date as the majority of our packages are sent 1st Class Royal Mail post rather than a courier service and they do not offer this service.
Do I have to be at home to sign for a delivery?
If you are not at home when the item is delivered and it will not fit through your letter box, then a card will be left for you to either ask you to phone to arrange an alternative delivery or to collect it from a royal mail or courier company collection centre.

Yes, you will receive a receipt detailing the items, p&p and VAT with your order.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a next day delivery service at this time.

Yes, please enter the delivery address on your order when prompted onscreen.

How do I change my delivery address?
When placing your order can you specify the delivery address. If you have already submitted your order you will need to call us on 08456 188 315 (UK) or 0044 1228 611 732 (ROI). Please let us know your order reference and phone number and the new address.
