We make every effort to ensure all details and prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of UCB2GO.co.uk. All orders are subject to availability. All prices include VAT where applicable.
We endeavour to ship orders within 2 working days from receipt of order where items are in stock, items not in stock may take up to 28 working days. If you have any queries, please contact us on 08456 188 315.
You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order soon after confirming this online with us.
Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is placed on the website. Any delays in this process may result in a delay in delivery and we will contact you as necessary if this were to occur.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when you receive the goods. Any products on the same order which are listed as ‘backorders’ do not form part of that contract. You will become the owner of the products when your order has been delivered to you.
Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, in some instances we must backorder items. You can cancel backordered items at any time by contacting us on 08456 188 315. We also will not charge you any additional postage for backordered deliveries. We base your postage on your total order, regardless of item availability.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, certain products advertised for sale may become unavailable and we will be unable to fulfil your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and be assured that we will do all we can to source the item for you.

- What happens if an item on my order is out of stock?

We will endeavour to despatch items in stock to you within 2 working days from the receipt of your order. In the event that an item within your order is temporarily unavailable we will do our utmost to send it out as soon as possible.
As soon as the out of stock item becomes available we will send it on to you and there will be no additional postage charge. We will endeavour to get these to you as soon as possible and will update you if there are any circumstances which prolong a delay.
If for reasons beyond our control we are no longer able to supply an item you have ordered you will be issued with a full refund.
- How do the discount codes work?

Discount codes are occasionally offered to customers to discount individual products or offer a percentage reduction across our product range. The code applies to web orders only. The codes are only valid for a period of time that will be clearly stated on the promotional campaign. Discount codes only apply to products, postage and packing is not included. The free P&P offer only applies to physical products in your shopping basket worth £40 or over and excludes any discounts or offers.

- How long will my order take to get to me?

We endeavour to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt.
Depending on weight, we will either despatch your order with 1st Class Royal Mail post or with a courier service. Your order should be with you a few days following this. Once despatched we cannot control the length of time Royal Mail take to deliver your order.

Those that show a limited stock message indicate that there are less than 10 items in the warehouse so place your order quickly. Items that show temporarily out of stock are currently unavailable in the warehouse. They may be temporarily unavailable for anything between a day or two through to several weeks depending on the product, but usually items are out of stock for a very short time. This will bring up a list of recommendations that match your search. You can also use the advanced search enabling you to narrow your search by books, music or DVDs.
- How can I write a review for a product?

Underneath each product image you will see a 'Write a review' link. If you liked a product and would like to recommend it to others, then click to review the item.
You will then be asked to fill out a form and submit it to us. UCB2GO will then check the review and post it to UCB2Go.co.uk for other customers to read.
- How can I tell my friends about a product they would like?

If you think a friend would like to know about a product you have seen on UCB2GO.co.uk then click the 'Email to a Friend' link shown on the product information screen. From here you can complete a form to recommend the item.

- What is your stock policy?

In order for us to provide the best possible service for you we are working with another Christian organisation to help process customer orders and send goods out to you. We provide a stock status for every item on the website so that at the time you place an order you know if the item is in stock. There are occasionally problems beyond our control that can affect the availability of an item and in these circumstances we will contact you to advise of any delay.

We are always keen to receive recommendations, however not everything submitted can be sold through UCB2GO.
Products have to support the Vision, Mission and the Statement of Faith of United Christian Broadcasters. We also have to comply with guidelines from The Charity Commission which means that certain types of products cannot be sold and some only in limited quantities.

- Do you sell audio books or books in Braille?

We do sell some Audio Bibles and Audio Books. We recommend you contact The Torch Trust, who provide Christian literature, fellowship and personal support for blind and partially sighted people.
- Do your DVDs have subtitles?

- What does 'backorder' mean?

A product is on 'backorder' when the item is temporarily out of stock. The item is placed on order with the supplier and will be sent to you as soon as we receive it. If there are other products on the order we will send these to you so you have them as soon as possible. There is no additional postage charge for this.

UCB2Go orders are fulfilled by our partner Trust Media Distribution (formerly STL Distribution) and work on the following terms and conditions:
We make every effort to ensure all details and prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of UCB2Go.co.uk. All orders are subject to availability. All prices include VAT where applicable.
We endeavour to ship orders within 2 working days from receipt of order where items are in stock, items not in stock may take up to 28 working days. If you have any queries, please contact us on 08456 188 315.
You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order soon after confirming this online with us.
Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is placed on the website. Any delays in this process may result in a delay in delivery and we will contact you as necessary if this were to occur.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when you receive the goods. Any products on the same order which are listed as ‘backorders’ do not form part of that contract. You will become the owner of the products when your order has been delivered to you.
Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, in some instances we must backorder items. You can cancel backordered items at any time by contacting us on 08456 188 315. We also will not charge you any additional postage for backordered deliveries. We base your postage on your total order, regardless of item availability.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, certain products advertised for sale may become unavailable and we will be unable to fulfil your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and be assured that we will do all we can to source the item for you.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason the product fails to meet your expectations we will be happy to exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please phone 08456 188 315 for instruction on how to do this.

Your order will be despatched using first class post or a courier service depending on the contents and/or weight of a complete order. We cannot guarantee delivery times but the majority of orders are received within a few days of despatch.
If you have waited longer than expected then please check the status of your order in Your Account. If it has been 5 working days since the despatch date then please call us on 08456 188 315 (UK) or 00 44 1228 611 732 (ROI).
