Can I pay in Euros?
At this time we are only able to accept payment in UK pounds sterling and deliver to addresses in the UK and Ireland . We will be looking into payment in other currencies so watch this space! If you do pay in UK pounds sterling but have a Euro account/credit card please be advised that the currency conversion will take place through your credit card company and will appear on your statement.

How do I modify an order?
You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on View Basket in the right menu. Here you can add and delete products or change quantities before moving through the checkout process.

Once you have placed your order with us you cannot amend any details. If details change once you have confirmed your order you will need to call us on 08456 188 315 (UK) or 0044 1228 611 732 (ROI) to make adjustments. We will do our best to accommodate these changes for you.

Is VAT included in the prices?
VAT is included in the price of our goods. We do not send many orders outside of the UK at present and the price of the goods are as advertised regardless of its destination. However this may change in the future as we investigate other methods of promotion and selling outside of the UK. VAT is 15%.

We make every effort to ensure all details and prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of UCB2GO.co.uk. All orders are subject to availability. All prices include VAT where applicable.
 
We endeavour to ship orders within 2 working days from receipt of order where items are in stock, items not in stock may take up to 28 working days. If you have any queries, please contact us on 08456 188 315.
 
You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your order soon after confirming this online with us.
 
Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is placed on the website. Any delays in this process may result in a delay in delivery and we will contact you as necessary if this were to occur.
 
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when you receive the goods. Any products on the same order which are listed as ‘backorders’ do not form part of that contract. You will become the owner of the products when your order has been delivered to you.
 
Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, in some instances we must backorder items. You can cancel backordered items at any time by contacting us on 08456 188 315. We also will not charge you any additional postage for backordered deliveries. We base your postage on your total order, regardless of item availability.
 
Due to circumstances beyond our control, certain products advertised for sale may become unavailable and we will be unable to fulfil your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and be assured that we will do all we can to source the item for you.
 
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason the product fails to meet your expectations we will be happy to exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please phone 08456 188 315 for instruction on how to do this.

If you have not received an order acknowledgement email then please call us on 08456 188 315 (UK) or 0044 1228 611 732 (ROI). We will check to ensure that your order has been received in full and confirm it with you.

What happens if an item on my order is out of stock?

We will endeavour to despatch items in stock to you within 2 working days from the receipt of your order.  In the event that an item within your order is temporarily unavailable we will do our utmost to send it out as soon as possible. 

 

As soon as the out of stock item becomes available we will send it on to you and there will be no additional postage charge. We will endeavour to get these to you as soon as possible and will update you if there are any circumstances which prolong a delay.

 

If for reasons beyond our control we are no longer able to supply an item you have ordered you will be issued with a full refund.

How do the discount codes work?
Discount codes are occasionally offered to customers to discount individual products or offer a percentage reduction across our product range.  The code applies to web orders only.  The codes are only valid for a period of time that will be clearly stated on the promotional campaign. Discount codes only apply to products, postage and packing is not included. The free P&P offer only applies to physical products in your shopping basket worth £20 or over and excludes any discounts or offers.
